  • Therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we create a space that supports curiosity, reflection, and growth.
You bring your experiences, concerns, and goals into session — and I help you explore, process, and make sense of what you’re carrying.

Through our work, we’ll focus on:

    • Developing insight into patterns, emotions, and underlying beliefs.

    • Learning tools to regulate, reflect, and connect more deeply with yourself and others.

    • Identifying your own path to solutions and healing, rather than one-size-fits-all answers.

My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration — helping you reconnect with your own wisdom and capacity for change.

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based psychotherapy designed to help people process and heal from traumatic or distressing experiences. It uses bilateral stimulation (such as guided eye movements, tapping, or tones) while you focus on specific memories or sensations.

This process helps the brain integrate and reprocess painful experiences, reducing emotional intensity and building more adaptive beliefs about yourself.

EMDR is particularly effective for trauma, anxiety, and experiences of being “stuck” in patterns of distress.

  • The term neurodivergent describes the natural variations in how people’s brains think, feel, and experience the world.

It includes individuals with ADHD, autism, learning differences, and other cognitive styles that differ from what’s considered “neurotypical.”

At Brilliantly Wired Therapy, I use a neurodiversity-affirming lens, emphasizing that different ways of thinking and processing are not deficits — they’re unique wiring patterns.

Therapy focuses on understanding your individual strengths, reducing shame, and developing strategies that support your natural ways of being.
